The service

Comparison Pages ("we", "us") generates hosted "us vs them" comparison pages from the content of your own Ounie brains and a bounded crawl of the competitor website(s) you provide, at your direction, and hosts a public read-only page for each at an unguessable link. You ("you", "the customer") pay per comparison page generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only build pages from brains your Ounie account can access, and only supply competitor URLs you are authorized to review. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated pages are drafts for your review — you are responsible for the accuracy and fairness of what you publish or say to prospects, and for keeping claims honest and non-defamatory.

Competitor content

We fetch only public pages and respect robots.txt. Comparison pages summarize and cite what a competitor publicly states; they are not legal, comparative-advertising, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of a page complies with applicable advertising and unfair-competition laws.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — a per-page price (and the same price to refresh a page), reserved when the work starts and settled only on pages actually produced. Sites we can't read are skipped and not charged. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Refunds

Failed or ungroundable generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged for a page that wasn't produced. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any claim arising from a page you published or presented.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.

Not affiliated

Comparison Pages is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any competitor whose public website you choose to compare against. Brand names are used only to identify the companies you name.
